As a young man, Ryan embarked on his career as a diesel mechanic, quickly transitioning to the high-end classic car industry at the age of 19. Over five transformative years, he honed his skills as a Mechanic and Sheet Metal Fabricator, working on nationally award-winning cars. This period ingrained a commitment to precision and creativity, setting the stage for a seamless transition into the high-end metal trade, where attention to detail is paramount.

With a growing family and a desire for a flexible work environment, Ryan shifted to the ornamental metal industry. Progressing from the shop floor, he assumed the role of a project manager, concurrently delving into 2D and 3D CAD. This transformative experience not only expanded his technical expertise but also cultivated a profound appreciation for innovation and creative problem-solving. His professional pursuits are underpinned by a desire to leave a legacy of diligence, integrity, and ingenuity for future generations.

During moments of respite, you'll find Ryan immersed in family. A devoted husband and father of three.  Embracing the tranquility of the Appalachian Mountains, his recreational endeavors include offroad motorcycles, hiking, hunting, and fishing.

 Born and raised in Lancaster PA, Tony discovered his passion for the trades at a young age, replacing traditional high school years with hands-on work as a welder and fabricator. Immersed in craftsmanship from the outset, Tony honed his skills in carpentry and welding, earning a reputation for excellence and attention to detail. Known for his strong work ethic and professionalism, Tony collaborates effectively with clients and colleagues to deliver projects that exceed expectations.  

 Tony's design abilities, both professional and as a hobby, complement his expertise in welding and fabrication. With a sharp eye for detail and innovative problem-solving skills, he brings creativity to every project. From intricate metalwork designs to optimizing structural layouts, Tony's blend of form and function exceeds client expectations. His dedication to craftsmanship and passion for design propel him to continually push boundaries and leave a legacy of innovation and excellence in the world of trades. 

 Tony takes great pleasure in teaching his son the intricacies of the trades. Together, they explore welding, fabrication, and design, fostering a strong bond rooted in shared experiences and mutual learning. Through patient instruction and hands-on practice, Tony imparts valuable skills and knowledge, preparing his son for a fulfilling journey in craftsmanship while strengthening their relationship.
